The Cycle of Giving is a community charity initiative supporting local Stratford organizations.
Inspired by a European tradition, our goal is to build awareness of various worthy causes.
At its heart is a beautifully painted and decorated bicycle, permanently displayed at Ballinran Entertainment, located at 147 Downie Street in Stratford, Ontario. The bicycle serves as a symbol of creativity and a reminder that we are all spokes on a wheel.
Our inspiration comes from Amsterdam where decorated “art bikes” and flower-covered bicycles have become a recognizable part of the visual culture.
The Stratford “Cycle of Giving” builds on that spirit with a local spin – using art, storytelling and visibility to help focus attention on a different charitable or community organization each month.

October Giving Spotlight
Stratford House of Blessing Food Bank is here to help our neighbours when they need it most, providing food, emergency support, and programs for children and families throughout our community. Your support helps keep our Food Bank shelves stocked and our programs running. You can also join us for Empty Bowls on November 6, our annual fundraiser celebrating food, community, and the work we do together to fight hunger.
